AS Monaco are set to complete the signing of Cork City winger David Dunne (16), according to a report from The team.
Monaco have been recruiting plenty of young prospects already as they continue their youth-centric policy. That policy has been balanced this summer by the arrival of Eric Dier, whilst Sergio Reguilón is also a target for the Principality club. Like Dier, the Spaniard is available on a free transfer.
Dunne looks set to become the next player to join Monegasques on a free transfer. The winger, who often plays out on the left, played three professional games for Cork City in the Irish Premier League last season. He will not continue his development at Monaco, where he will integrate their prestigious youth set-up.
Monaco have targeed other promising young people such as Ismail Bamba (SM Caen), I am souber (fc meters), nahël haddani (fc montferrier), and safouane benzahra (NAC Breda).
