Ambala. Dry flavored milk was supplied by the Vita Milk Plant today to provide quality and nutritious food to children under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in Ambala Block-1 schools. On this occasion, District Basic Education Officer Sudhir Kalra inspected the supply of milk in Government Model Culture Senior Secondary School and Government Primary School Police Lines Ambala City. He examined the manufacturing and expiration date on milk packets, which was 15 July 2025 and 14 January 2026 respectively.

Sudhir Kalra also inspected the storage room of ration used for milk and mid -day meals. He instructed the employees for safe storage of milk and ration during the rainy season, so that children can get clean and quality mid -day meal. Apart from this, he made staff and SMC to give special miles to children in Government Senior Secondary School Thambad, Government High School Subhari and Government Primary School, Jalbehra and Badinga.
