Virat Kohli congratulated Team blue for winning their maiden UIM E1 World Championship at the glamorous Monaco Grand Prix on the waters. Taking to Twitter he wrote," Team Blue Rising clinch their first ever E1 Series win in Monaco! Congratulations to the whole team!
Team Blue Rising, co-owned by Kohli won the title in front of a dazzling lineup of global sporting icons, including LeBron James, Tom Brady, Rafael Nadal, Didier Drogba, Marc Anthony, and Marcel Claure, who were all present to support their respective teams.
Championship Battle Heats Up
The race, held at the prestigious Yacht Club de Monaco, saw intense competition throughout the day. Despite Team Brady’s dominance in earlier sessions, Team Blue Rising emerged victorious in the final. While Team Brady finished second, while Team Brazil, owned by Claure Group, took third place.

Although Team Brady missed out on the race win, their second-place finish allowed them to move back to the top of the overall E1 Championship leaderboard, just one point ahead of Team Rafa, who now sit on 134 points. Aoki Racing holds third place, nine points behind. With 114 points, Team Blue Rising now rises to fourth place, making the title race increasingly competitive
