Enhanced comfort and dining for passengers
Air India Express is boosting the travel experience with its premium offerings. The airline’s ‘Xpress Biz’ seats, its business-class equivalent, are available across more than 40 modern aircraft, providing extra comfort and space for travellers.

Passengers can also enjoy ‘Xpress Ahead,’ a priority service that streamlines check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, making the journey smoother and more convenient. Onboard, travellers can savour the ‘Gourmair’ hot meals, a chef-curated menu that combines authentic regional Indian recipes with popular international favourites, all served warm to ensure a satisfying culinary experience during the flight.

Bangkok, one of Southeast Asia’s most visited destinations, is well-known for its vibrant culture, nightlife, cuisine, and temples. This new service strengthens Air India Express’ presence in Thailand, where it already operates flights from Lucknow, Pune, and Surat to Bangkok, and from Hyderabad to Phuket.

Bengaluru serves as the airline’s largest domestic hub, with 440 weekly flights connecting 30 domestic destinations and four international destinations, including Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Dammam, and Kathmandu. The airline has recently expanded its domestic network with new services to Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Dehradun.
