1. Ashwagandha: It has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. It promotes the production of synovial fluid by reducing joint swelling and pain.
Consumption method: Take 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder with lukewarm milk at night.
2. Guggul: It reduces joint pain and swelling. Medicines like “Yograj Guggulu” and “Sindhuvar Guggulu” are especially beneficial for knees.
3. Shallaki: It has natural pain relieving properties. It helps in increasing the mobility of joints.
