Bihar elections: Axis My India and Chanakya predict comfortable NDA victory, RJD to lead within alliance

It has predicted RJD to be the single largest party with 67-76 seats and JDU to be the second largest party with 56 to 62 seats. BJP is predicted to be third with a seat range of 50 to 56. The survey predicted a vote share of 43% for NDA and 41% for Mahagathbandhan. In the survey, Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj is predicted to get 0 -2 seats with a vote share of 4%.

RJD predicted to be single largest party with 67-76 seats
New Delhi: Two major exit poll agencies, which released their analysis of the Bihar assembly elections on Wednesday, have predicted a comfortable victory for the NDA in Bihar.

Axis My India predicted a comfortable victory for the NDA, expecting it to win 121-141 seats. The agency predicted Mahagathbandhan to win 98-118 seats. The majority mark is 122.

It has predicted RJD to be the single largest party with 67-76 seats and JDU to be the second largest party with 56 to 62 seats. BJP is predicted to be third with a seat range of 50 to 56. The survey predicted a vote share of 43% for NDA and 41% for Mahagathbandhan.


In the survey, Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj is predicted to get 0 -2 seats with a vote share of 4%. On Wednesday, Chanakya predicted NDA to win 160 seats with a range of (+/-)12 seats. It predicted Mahagathbandhan to win 77 seats with a range of (+/-) 12 seats.

The agency didn't give separate numbers for Jan Suraaj but predicted others to win 6 seats with a range of (+/-) three. In vote share, it predicted NDA to get 44% of votes and Mahagathbandhan to get 38% with a range of (+/-)3%.
