These Facilities Will Be Provided

Women working night shifts will also be provided with facilities by the company. They will be provided with safe transportation, whether it's a company cab or another vehicle. CCTV will be required at the workplace to record every activity. Security guards, medical emergency support, and health facilities are also included. The government has made it clear that there will be no compromise on safety. These provisions will allow women to work without fear.

Regulations Regarding Overtime Also Changed

Along with the permission for night shifts, the overtime limit has also been increased. Previously, women could only work up to 75 hours of overtime per quarter. Now, this limit has been increased to 144 hours. This will directly benefit from increased income and double pay for overtime.
