Apart from this, bone- pain increases and harms the body. Therefore, in winter, the body should consume such foods that will keep the heat in the body. Everyone always wants to eat different foods in the morning breakfast. Everyone gets very bored of eating the same food all the time. Then you can make multigrain dosa in an easy way. Different pulses and pulses are used to make this dosa. The consumption of jowari, ragi, oats, mung dal, Udi dal etc. provides immense benefits to the body. Materials:

  • Udid dal
  • Mugdal
  • Green peas
  • Chickpeas
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Idli Rice
  • Oats

Action:

  • To make multigrain dosa, firstly, add urad dal, green moong, cowpea and fenugreek seeds in a large bowl and rinse with water.
  • After that, add two glasses of water and keep all the ingredients soaked.
  • In another bowl wash idli rice, quiona, ragi, oats with clean water and add water to it and keep it soaked for 10 hours.
  • Put all the soaked ingredients in a mixer bowl and make a fine paste. While preparing the dosa dough, add some water to it.
  • Add salt to the prepared mixture and mix well. Keep the pan to heat.
  • Spread oil on a hot pan and add the dosa batter and spread it evenly. Then add oil to the side and fry the dosa on both sides till it gets crispy.
  • Multigrain dosa made in an easy way is ready. This dosa goes very well with coconut chutney.
