Imran Khan , known for films like ‘Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na’, ‘I Hate Luv Storys’, and ‘Delhi Belly’, has slowly returned to social media after years away from the spotlight. In September, the actor shared a nostalgic moment on Instagram from his 2012 film ‘ Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu ’. Along with the picture, he opened up about an emotional behind-the-scenes story that left fans touched

The throwback post and his candid side noteIn his note, Imran explained how the film required him to portray a strained father-son relationship. The climax involved a confrontation scene that demanded emotional intensity. He wrote, “Yet another throwback, and this one comes with a story that needs to be shared! My character in EMAET had a difficult relationship with his father, never able to assert himself and express his true feelings. In the end, he finally snaps during a fancy dinner party and tells his parents that he doesn't want the life they have chosen for him. It was a challenging scene, and I was anxious to do my best.”

He also shared an honest side note about the industry. Many senior actors,, often leave once their shot is done, he added “Side note, most 'senior' actors don't waste their time hanging around set if they're not directly facing the camera. I can't tell you the number of scenes I've shot with stand-ins for the big men, and an assistant director giving me their cues.”

The heartwarming story behind the momentImran recalled sitting in his vanity van when Boman knocked on the door and offered to rehearse lines with him. On the day that we were to shoot the dinner scene, I was in my van, when there was a knock on the door. It was @boman_irani asking if I would like to rehearse with him! I was thrilled, of course. He ran me through the entire scene, pointing out layers of subtext, pushing me, encouraging me, supporting me... and when we started shooting my parts, he stood behind the camera, feeding me his cues with extra passion to push me on. He may have played a callous, insensitive character in the film... but to me he was one of the most generous actors I've had the pleasure to work with. A true gentleman. him.”
