Border 2 Trending Dialogue: The teaser of Sunny Deol's upcoming war film 'Border 2' has been released. A dialogue included in this teaser is making a lot of headlines. In this teaser, Sunny Deol is seen asking how far should the voice go? Then a voice comes, 'To Lahore!' This dialogue has proved to be a hit among the audience as soon as it was released. But at the teaser launch event of this film held in Mumbai, the director and stars of the film themselves revealed that this powerful line was actually not a part of the script.
He told that it was inspired by a real-life incident on the set, between actors Varun Dhawan and sunny deol Was included at the behest of. The film's director Abhimanyu Singh shared this interesting story. He told that during the shooting, he was at an NDA training center, where some cadets were being drilled for parade and fall-in line.
Abhimanyu Singh told, "His instructors there, they were some cadets, were making him fall in line and parade. Then he felt that he had less energy and hence he shouted loudly and said, 'Why is your voice not coming out? How far should this voice go?' And all of them (cadets) shouted 'To Lahore!'" Seeing his tremendous energy and patriotic spirit, both Abhimanyu and Varun Dhawan were impressed.
Varun Dhawan Immediately recommended the director to include this line in the film. But according to director Abhimanyu Singh, at first the scriptwriter was not ready to include this line. Further, Varun Dhawan revealed that if he had not written it in the script then he would not have added it. Then I spoke directly into his ears, 'Sir please, this is very good and also a real moment, it is happening in front of us. I said, please use this.” After Varun's continuous insistence, the director first suggested using it only in the teaser.
Varun Dhawan felt that the director might forget this, so he took the help of the film's lead actor Sunny Deol. Varun Dhawan said, "Then I didn't know whether he would do it or not, so I went after Sunny Paaji. I told him. I said Sir, tell him once, do it. And then when he (Sunny Deol) performed that because I was standing in the line, I got goosebumps and I think the sound must have really reached there."
