In this temple, it is mandatory for men to do sixteen adornments before worshiping the Goddess. In this temple, men worship Goddess Bhagwati wearing saree, bangles, bindi and traditional jewellery. According to a belief, years ago Chuch shepherds, disguised as women, had offered flowers on a stone here. After this a divine power appeared from it. According to the second story, after breaking the coconut on a stone, blood started coming out from it. After this people's faith increased and worship started. Due to these religious beliefs, this tradition has been followed for thousands of years.
Special make-up rooms have been made in the temple premises, so that men do not face any inconvenience in applying make-up. It is believed that the goddess is soon pleased by the worship of men who worship in the guise of a woman and fulfills all their wishes.
