Government construction company NBCC (India) Limited has successfully completed the e-auction process of its residential projects in Noida and Greater Noida. Through this auction, NBCC has sold assets worth approximately Rs 1,045.40 crore. According to the regulatory information shared on December 30, 2025, this entire process has been completely transparent and digital.
NBCC has sold a total of 417 residential units during this e-auction. The most attraction was seen in 'Aspire Leisure Valley' (Tower No. 7 and 8) located in Greater Noida (West). Apart from this, flats of 'Aspire Silicon City' Phase-IV (Tower No. 5) located in Sector 76 of Noida were also part of this auction. Both these projects remain the first choice of middle class and investors due to their location and facilities. From the point of view of the common buyer, there is a sense of security in the market regarding these houses built under government supervision.
The main objective of e-auction was to ensure that pricing of properties is in line with market demand and completely transparent. NBCC has clarified that this auction was part of normal business activities. The company is also going to get direct financial benefits from this huge deal. NBCC will receive 1% of the total sale price as marketing fee. This means that this transaction of more than Rs 1,000 crore will increase the company's fee income significantly.
