Amid widespread anti-government protests in Iran, thousands of deaths and US military threat, India has prepared for a large-scale evacuation operation for the safe return of its citizens. Late night, the first batch of Indian citizens were brought from Tehran to Delhi by a special flight. During this time, family members from Amroha, Sambhal and Bijnor had come to receive him at Indira Gandhi Airport.
A traveler returning from Iran said that our family had gone to Tehran for pilgrimage, miscreants are creating havoc there but we have no fear. It is not the Iranians who are creating any ruckus there but it is the outsiders who are creating such ruckus. He said that we have talked to the people, all of them are safe, thanks to the government which rescued the people trapped there. Full assistance is being provided to Indians at the embassy.

We spoke to the Indian Embassy there. Had also informed his family. There is no atmosphere of fear.
