Home Minister Amit Shah reached Lucknow on Saturday for the UP Day celebrations and inaugurated the celebrations which will run from January 24-26. One District, One Dish (ODOC) scheme was also started to make the traditional dishes of every district recognized across the world. During this, while addressing the gathering, he started his address by shouting 'Jai Shri Ram'.
During the address, Amit Shah also sounded the trumpet of UP Assembly elections 2027 by raising the slogan of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. Shah said that SP, BSP and Congress are casteist and family based parties. This cannot do you any good. In 2027, reject such parties and once again form a government with a strong majority of BJP. He said that only BJP can do welfare of UP.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "There was a time when Uttar Pradesh was considered a source state of labourers. This has changed after the formation of the BJP government in the state. Today, it has become the driving force of India's economy. Congress, SP and BSP had made it a 'sick' state. The BJP government turned it into a breakthrough state, and now development has reached every city and village." During this, Shah also targeted the dynastic politics of UP. Shah lashed out through gestures, accusing SP and BSP of dynastic politics.
Amit Shah said that PM Modi has taken a pledge for a developed India. Similarly, CM Yogi has resolved to make UP developed. When the centenary of the country's independence will be celebrated on August 15, 2047, then UP will become developed. It is an important state of developed India. We repeat this resolution today. UP is the heartbeat and soul of India. It is also becoming an engine of development for the country.
Shah further said that now I can completely say that Uttar Pradesh is also going to become the engine of developed India. He said that this is the same state where Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, Lord Mahavir, Buddha and many other era changes have brought this land. Today I have come to Prerna Sthal for the first time. Seeing the sky-touching statue of these great people and all the convenient inspiration points, I give a lot of thanks to CM Yogi and both the Deputy Chief Ministers and their government.
Earlier, CM Yogi said that today on the occasion of the foundation day of UP, this program is being organized in all the 75 districts of the state. The Foundation Day of UP was celebrated for the first time in 2018. At that time Ram Nayak was in the role of Rajpal. In the presence of the Prime Minister then we had started the resolution of One District One Production. Today we are going to start the new resolution One District One Cuisine campaign.

After this, CM Yogi read out PM Modi's congratulatory message. After this, Deputy CMs Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak gave credit to Shah for BJP's victory in UP in 2017 and appealed to the public to make the BJP government victorious again in 2027.
