India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Parvathaneni Harish said that now I respond to the comments made by the elected member of the Security Council, the representative of Pakistan. He said that its only agenda is to harm my country and my people. He has given a false and selfish statement about Operation Sindoor in May last year. Harish said that till May 9, Pakistan was threatening to carry out more attacks on India. But on May 10, the Pakistani Army directly called our Army and requested to stop the fighting.
Parvathneni Harish said that many Pakistani airbases were damaged due to the Indian operation. This includes photos of the runway and burnt hangar. He said that these are in the public domain. We have heard from the representative of Pakistan about the 'new normal'. He said that I repeat again that terrorism can never be normalized as Pakistan wants. It is not normal for Pakistan to tolerate the continued use of terrorism as a weapon of state policy.

Parvathneni Harish said that this sacred house cannot become a platform for Pakistan to legitimize terrorism. Harish said that Pakistan has no right to comment on India's internal affairs. He said that the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has been an integral and inseparable part of India and it will always remain so.
He said that India had signed the Indus Water Treaty 65 years ago in the spirit of goodwill, good intentions and friendship. Over the course of six and a half decades, Pakistan has violated the spirit of the treaty by waging three wars and thousands of terrorist attacks on India. He said that thousands of Indians have lost their lives in Pakistan sponsored terrorist attacks.
He said India was ultimately forced to announce that the treaty would remain suspended until Pakistan, the global epicenter of terrorism, credibly and irreversibly ends its support for cross-border and all other forms of terrorism.
He said that Pakistan is advised to introspect about the rule of law. He could start by asking himself how he allowed his armed forces to carry out a constitutional coup through the 27th Amendment and grant lifetime immunity to the chief of his defense forces.
