Two MLAs came face to face regarding the construction of roof of a tomb building in Jaipur. On this matter, BJP MLA from Hawamahal Balmunkudacharya said – Save archaeology. Illegal constructions are taking place at Ajmeri Gate-Ghatgate. Here in Chandpole the buildings are not of uniform colour. According to MLA Balmukund Acharya, there is encroachment of a 4 by 4 tomb in the vegetable market in Chandpol area.
Kishanpol MLA also gave Rs 20 lakh for this. An attempt is being made to increase the wall of the parkota area to 400 yards by breaking it, this is wrong. The entire incident took place at 11 am on Sunday morning in the Parkota area near Chandpol Gate. Amin Kagzi has filed a complaint regarding this in Jaipur Commissionerate. Meanwhile, Jaipur North Police has deployed additional police force on the spot fearing worsening of the atmosphere.
MLA Balmukund Acharya made the allegation that what is being described as a Dargah is an illegal occupation. UNESCO's World Heritage is being tampered with by inserting bars in the walls. Balmukund said that construction cannot be done within five meters of the wall. A conspiracy is being hatched to drive away Hindus by shedding blood by cutting the walls in the wall, which we will not let succeed.
At the same time, Balmukund Acharya made big allegations against Congress MLA Amin Kaggi and said that he has been receiving death threats since late last night. Balmukund said that MLA Amin Kagzi has hired goons after him. Papers want to kill me.
Along with this, Balmukund said that it will be investigated, we will not allow encroachment on the wall. Balmukund also alleged encroachment at many places in the entire park and said that now all the places in Jaipur will be freed from encroachment.
Meanwhile, on behalf of the administration, Special Commissioner Rahul Prakash said that legal and documentary investigation of the matter is being done. The permission for this tomb was given by the Municipal Corporation itself. When the Municipal Corporation officials got information about the permission for any construction in the boundary wall of the Parkota area, the ongoing roofing construction in the tomb was stopped. In this case, further action will be taken as per the rules only.
