Leader of opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi reached Madina village in Sonipat district of Haryana on Tuesday. There he attended the wedding of farmer Sanjay Malik's daughter. Rahul Gandhi visited Madina village for the first time in 2023. Then he worked with Sanjay in the fields and understood the problems of the farmers. On reaching the village, MP Deependra Hooda welcomed him. Rahul Gandhi was seen there in white T-shirt and pants. He talked to the villagers. Enjoyed traditional food. As a mark of respect the family also made him wear a turban.
