According to media reports, the work of the building in which Shubhman Gill has bought the apartment is currently going on and it will be completed by 2029. Shubman Gill has paid a huge amount for this apartment. This property of 3,369 square feet is located on Juhu-Tara Road. Shubman Gill's apartment is on the 12th floor of the building.
According to property registration documents presented by Zapkey.com, famous cricketer Shubman Gill has bought a luxurious apartment worth Rs 20.7 crore in Juhu area of Mumbai. The cricketer has bought this property from 'Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle', whose partners are Bollywood actor-producers Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Bhagnani. This luxurious apartment is located on the 12th floor of 'Pooja Luminaire', a residential building located on Juhu Tara Road.
According to the documents, Shubman Gill has purchased the entire 12th floor, whose RERA carpet area is 3,369 square feet. Last year on August 29, Jackky Bhagnani and father Vasu Bhagnani performed the Bhoomi Pujan of their luxury project 'Pooja Luminaire' in the heart of Juhu. Jackky Bhagnani had earlier said, “Luxury is part of our DNA.”
