The wedding rituals of Sambhal SP KK Bishnoi and famous IPS Anshika Verma started on Friday in Dhorimanna, Barmer. The special thing was that in the era of destination wedding with a budget of crores, this power couple returned to their roots and celebrated Haldi and Sangeet with utmost simplicity.
On Friday, the Haldi ceremony was held at Krishna Niwas, the ancestral residence of KK Bishnoi in Dhorimanna. While usually protocol and VIP culture dominates the weddings of IPS officers, here the groom Raja looked like an ordinary son among the elders and family members of his village. The simplicity of KK Bishnoi, painted in turmeric yellow color, won the hearts of the villagers.

Amidst the wedding rituals, IPS Anshika Verma has raised the temperature of the internet by sharing pictures of her pre-wedding shoot. Dressed in ethnic attire with white and silver work, this couple looks no less than a Bollywood couple. Anshika wrote in the caption along with the pictures – My canopy of wishes. Fans were very happy to see Anshika's pictures in pink blouse and graceful look.

The musical evening was completely traditional. Instead of a noisy DJ, the women of the house sang auspicious songs on Rajasthani folk songs. Although there were colorful fireworks in the sky to express happiness, the decorum and intimacy of the people of the society remained supreme throughout the event.
