Shardul Thakur played the last ODI for India in the last World Cup i.e. in the year 2023. Since then he is out of Team India's white ball team. But, they are working hard to make their comeback with a bang last year. The effect of Shardul Thakur's hard work is also visible in IPL 2026.
Shardul Thakur performed tremendously in IPL 2026 while playing in a new team and a new jersey. He took 3 wickets in 4 overs against KKR and became the player of the match on his IPL debut for Mumbai Indians.
