In his latest post, Amitabh Bachchan said, “A day that was completely 'lazy'… there was no particular reason for it… it just feels a bit strange not to work every day… and when you don't work according to a fixed schedule every day… then the whole process of forming habits has already started… that day suddenly becomes a puzzle of tasks, which usually run in perfect harmony.”
Big B further said, "You wonder why the day is not going the way you usually want. So if we have a little understanding of this aspect within us, then there can be peace and tranquility around us. But with some people this never happens, and this further increases their anxiety. It is said that living in worry is harmful for both the mind and body and due to the weakness of this thing, it is not at all necessary to spend a day full of worries."
