Aditya Dhar: Shock from HC to the person accused of 'copying the script' of Dhurandhar, ordered to remain silent till April 16

Dhurandhar 2 Director Aditya Dhar: Director Aditya Dhar's film 'Dhurandhar 2' made bumper earnings at the box office. This film was released in theaters on 19 March. After its release, filmmaker Santosh Kumar made a big allegation against Aditya Dhar and said that the script of this film has been copied from his script 'D Saheb', which is registered. Aditya Dhar approached the Bombay High Court on these allegations. Now Santosh Kumar has got a shock from the court. The court has asked him to remain silent on this matter till the next hearing.

Actually, after the allegations, Aditya Dhar had issued a legal notice to Santosh Kumar and he had denied Santosh Kumar's allegations. Aditya had also said in the notice that Santosh Kumar should not comment on this matter in future. But no reply came from Santosh Kumar on the notice. After that Aditya Dhar reached Bombay High Court.

Santosh Kumar did not appear in court

in court Aditya Dhar Lawyer Birendra Saraf described Santosh Kumar's statement as defamatory and said that if Santosh Kumar had any complaint, he could have taken legal action, but he cannot use such language in public. Santosh Kumar did not appear in the court even after receiving the notice. The court gave interim relief to Aditya Dhar in this case. Also, Santosh Kumar has been asked to remain silent on this matter till the next hearing. He cannot say anything about the allegations he has made against Aditya till the next hearing. The next hearing will be held on 16 April.

'Dhurandhar 2' is India's fourth big film

Now it remains to be seen what happens in this case in the next hearing. However, if we talk about 'Dhurandhar 2', this Ranveer Singh starrer picture is the fourth highest grossing film of India. This film has done a business of more than Rs 1600 crore. Its first part came in December 2025. That film also had a print run of more than Rs 1300 crore.
