Even though the opposition voted against the bill in the Lok Sabha, the BJP has started preparations for the future. Now she is going to increase the role of women in the organization. Efforts to increase the role and number of women in the team of party national president Nitin Nabin are being intensified.
According to BJP sources, the increasing role of women will be clearly visible in the list of national office bearers in the BJP National President's team. With the end of assembly elections in five states (by around May 15), BJP national president Nitin Nabin is likely to announce his new team. According to sources, the share of women will be increased in BJP President Nitin Nabin's team.
Three women leaders in Nitin Nabin's team can be made national general secretaries. 4 to 5 women in his team can be made national vice president. 6 to 8 national secretary posts can be given to women. Apart from this, women will also have a leading role in other important positions in the list of national officials.
The women national officers to be included in Nitin Nabin's new team will be a mix of all fields. In this, participation of women from rural, urban, metropolitan, semi-urban, tribal areas and North-Eastern India will be ensured. Names of more than two dozen women from across the country have been shortlisted for inclusion in Nitin Nabin's team. After increasing the role of women in the national team, the role of women will be increased in the teams of various states i.e. state officials.
