Now you can recharge your mobile directly from WhatsApp without changing the app. The company has partnered with PayU for this facility. This feature is being gradually rolled out for both Android and iOS users. With this, recharging will become easier and faster than before.

How will WhatsApp's new recharge feature work?

WhatsApp has integrated the mobile recharge feature on its platform, so that users will not need to open a separate app. Through this feature, prepaid users of Airtel, Jio and Vodafone Idea can recharge their numbers directly inside the app. WhatsApp has partnered with PayU for this, which makes the payment process easier. Now a rupee icon has been added to the app, through which users can go to the payment section and use features like recharge, UPI transactions and metro tickets. This feature is currently being rolled out in phases and will be available to all users soon.

How to recharge your mobile through WhatsApp

The method of recharging through WhatsApp has been kept very simple, so that every user can use it without any hassle. For this, first of all you have to tap on the rupee icon given in the app and choose the option of mobile prepaid recharge. After this you can enter your number or someone else's number and your operator has to confirm. Then different recharge plans will appear in front of you, out of which you can choose the plan according to your need. UPI, debit card or credit card option will be available for payment. After completion of the transaction, confirmation will appear on the screen and you can also see it in the history section.
