Hung curd is used in curd sandwich, which makes its texture creamy. Also, adding fresh vegetables to it makes it more healthy. This recipe is considered a great option for children’s tiffin, office snack or healthy breakfast.
First of all, tie the curd in a cloth and extract all the water from it, so that thick hung curd is prepared. Now put hung curd in a bowl and mix all the finely chopped vegetables in it.
After this add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, mint, green coriander and green chili and mix well.
Now apply butter on the bread slices and spread the prepared curd mixture. Prepare a sandwich by placing second bread on top.
Heat some ghee on a non-stick pan. Add mustard and curry leaves in it and crackle it. Now roast the prepared sandwich on low flame until it becomes golden and crispy from both the sides.
If you want, you can eat it cold without baking it. Its taste increases even more with green chutney.
