First of all we will prepare the coffee base. For this, take coffee in a cup and add two tablespoons of coffee to it. Now add hot water and sugar to it. Coffee and sugar become active as soon as hot water is added.
After this the main task is to beat these three. Now beat the mixture of these three with the help of a spoon, beater, frother or electric mixer for a few minutes. It has to be beaten until it becomes thick and creamy. Its color will change from dark brown to light brown and the consistency will become fluffy.
Now we will take a thin decanter glass. Will decorate it with chocolate syrup. Now add some pieces of ice in it. After this, add chilled full cream milk to it. Pour the frothed coffee mixture over it and mix slowly and the chilled cold coffee is ready.
You will decorate it with your favorite toppings. Like you can drizzle chocolate syrup or add ice cream of your choice. If you want, you can also sprinkle cinnamon powder on it.
The caffeine present in coffee is an energy booster. The dark aroma of coffee improves the mood. From health point of view, cold coffee is a better option than hot coffee.
