The case of theft of offerings from Ram temple of Ayodhya has gained momentum. After the claim of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, this issue got more political air. SIT was hurriedly formed to investigate the matter. SIT has started investigation. She will soon submit the report to the government. This incident has heated up the politics of Uttar Pradesh before the assembly elections to be held next year.
Many types of allegations are being made against the government. This incident was also complained to PM Modi. Some people have also been detained. His interrogation is ongoing. More than 40 people were interrogated yesterday. The SIT team will also go to the Ram Temple premises today i.e. on Tuesday and interrogate people. A three-member SIT team has been formed to investigate donation theft. This team includes senior IPS officer Vijay Vishwas Pant, IPS officer S. Kiran and Special Secretary of Finance Department Neel Ratan.
Reactions of many saints and sages have come to light on the theft of offerings from Ramlala's temple. Swami Chidanand Saraswati, President of Parmarth Niketan Ashram Said that there are many rumors regarding the offerings made for Lord Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, but I am happy that the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath took immediate action and set up a SIT inquiry and soon a decision will be taken on this.
He further said that Ram temple is a matter of faith, not of rumours. Ayodhya is the abode of our cultural consciousness and the faith of crores of people. Shri Ram Temple is the result of centuries of penance. Who knows how many sacrifices have been made for its construction. Therefore, there must be discussion on Ayodhya and Shri Ram Temple, questions must be raised and there must be transparency. But the discussion should be based on facts, not rumours.

Recently, Akhilesh Yadav had claimed that the accounting of crores of rupees of offerings made by devotees in Ram temple is not clear. He had alleged that money was missing from the temple. After this, a political storm arose regarding this. However, Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, rejected these allegations and said that all the transactions are being done in a transparent manner.
