Reliance Retail Director Isha Ambani said on Friday that Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), a unit selling everyday goods, has set a target of achieving a revenue of Rs 1 lakh crore in the next four years.
Addressing shareholders at RIL's annual general meeting, he said RCPL is the fastest growing FMCG platform in the history of India, achieving gross revenues of Rs 22,000 crore and double year-on-year growth.
Fastest growing FMCG company
Isha Ambani said, 'What took our competitors decades to do, we achieved in just four years. This has made us one of the fastest growing FMCG platforms in the history of India and one of the fastest growing consumer products companies anywhere in the world. RCPL is developing a comprehensive consumer products platform across beverages, daily essentials, packaged foods and home and personal care products. He said that after separation from RRVL in December 2025, RCPL has now become a direct subsidiary of Reliance Industries. Isha Ambani said that the company's products are now available in more than 40 countries through exports and franchise sales.
achieved this position
Three years ago we stepped in with the belief that India could produce global quality FMCG brands at Indian prices and grow them to scale faster than expected. Reliance Consumer Products Limited has done this. It has built a leading national FMCG entity from scratch and doubled its revenue in a single year. Isha Ambani also said that like other companies selling everyday goods, RCPL is also facing global challenges, due to which the cost of raw materials and packaging increases and global supply chains are affected.
Did wonders in water business also
However, he said RCPL bore the brunt of this impact without passing it on to consumers. “We bore these shocks entirely within the business,” he said. Staying committed to our consumer-centric approach, we have ensured that our products remain accessible and affordable to every Indian family. Its beverage brand 'Campa' has achieved the status of India's fourth largest carbonated soft drink brand with gross sales of more than Rs 4,700 crore in FY 2025-26 and double digit market share in key markets. In terms of bottled water business, RCPL has become India's third largest branded bottled water selling company. Isha Ambani said RCPL's grocery brand 'Independence', which sells daily essentials, has generated revenues of Rs 2,600 crore during the year and has become one of the most trusted consumer brands in the country.
