Let us tell you that the police has recorded the statement of Champat Rai, who was the general secretary of the trust, on Monday. Statement of Anil Mishra, Gopal Rao has not been made yet. These too will happen soon. Statements of about 140 people will be recorded one by one.
Let us tell you that as the investigation in this case is progressing, new layers of conspiracy are being revealed. The investigation so far has revealed that manipulation of offerings worth crores of rupees was not possible merely on the basis of those counting them. In the investigation by police and SIT, the role of two bank employees has also been found not suspicious but active. Investigating agencies believe that without the connivance of bank employees, theft of donations and manipulation of records was not possible for a long time. In such a situation, there is a possibility of more arrests in this case in the coming days.
