There are four days left for the monsoon session of Parliament to begin. The government and the opposition are busy finalizing their respective preparations. For this, a round of meetings has started. The ruling party held a meeting on Wednesday and the opposition on Thursday. Last night a high-level meeting was held at the Prime Minister's residence, while today senior Congress leaders held a meeting at Sonia Gandhi's house.

Apart from PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President Nitin Naveen and National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh were also present in the meeting held at the PM's residence. Official information about what happened here and what issues were discussed was not given. Whereas in today's Congress meeting, apart from Sonia Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and KC Venugopal were present. Its picture was also released.

Strategy was made in the meeting to surround the government

In this meeting, a strategy was made to corner the government in the Parliament. The political preparation of Congress is not just this. He is also ready that if the government brings a delimitation bill, how will it be dealt with. For this, today Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge came forward and wrote a letter to PM Modi. Let us know what he has written in it.

Kharge writes, we had demanded an all-party meeting to discuss delimitation. The government did not agree to the request for a meeting and the bill failed in the Lok Sabha. There is talk that a revised delimitation bill will be brought in the upcoming session. I again request that an all-party meeting be called for discussion. Before presenting the bill in Parliament, we should be given time to study it.

Why did Congress have to write this letter?

Congress had to write this letter also because its allies are indicating that they can support the delimitation bill. Only yesterday, NCP Sharad faction MP Supriya Sule had said that if the bill is based on 50 percent seat increase, then support can be considered. Whereas Sanjay Raut of Shiv Sena UBT faction had said that if the opposition's suggestions are included in the bill, then Shiv Sena UBT can change its stand.

Meaning, the parties which dropped the bill last time are showing signs of melting this time. Amidst all this, Congress is attacking the government on this issue. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that the Home Minister broke the opposition parties, the government is cleverly trying to get two-thirds majority. This will be a tainted 2/3rd majority. We will oppose the delimitation bill.

Congress has prepared another list

On the other hand, apart from delimitation, Congress has prepared another list. This is the list in which the issues mentioned can trouble the government in Parliament. Congress will corner the government on theft of Ram temple offerings in the monsoon session. The second is ethanol mix petrol. Then paper leaks and irregularities related to the education system. Attempts to break political parties and corruption and inflation. At the same time, ruling party MP Jagdambika Pal said that Congress does not want to allow the House to function again.

Government released the agenda of monsoon session

BJP leader BL Verma says that those who do not have faith in Ram, they do not have the right to speak. Meanwhile, the government has released the agenda of the monsoon session. In this session, it will introduce five new bills and two pending bills. The government will tell all the parties about the bill in the all-party meeting to be held on Sunday. Some more bills may also be included in the agenda. However, there is no mention of any Constitution Amendment Bill in the provisional list of bills for the monsoon session. Apart from the bills introduced earlier, five new important bills are included.
