After breaking the fast, Sonam Wangchuk wrote on X that just now in the presence of Union Minister JP Nadda, Dr. Jitendra Singh and senior leaders of the top organization of Leh-Ladakh, I have finally broken my fast after 26 days. Earlier, 65 MPs from different political parties had met me or written letters requesting me to break the fast. This step has been taken keeping in mind the long negotiations on many conditions and possible violence in the country. I will explain these terms in detail in a separate video very soon. In the meantime, I urge all of you to be very cautious and not allow any kind of violence to happen anywhere.
