Well-known Bollywood director Aanand L Rai has given many hit films till now, which also includes Kangana Ranaut's 'Tanu Weds Manu'. Along with Tanu Weds Manu, which was released in 2011, its sequel was also very much liked. Now the director is completely ready to make the third part of the film. At the IIFA Awards 2024 held in Abu Dhabi, Aanand L Rai gave an update regarding the third part of Tanu Weds Manu.
Some time ago, Aanand L Rai had confirmed that he will make the third installment of this film. Now the director talked about Tanu Weds Manu during IIFA Awards 2024 and told that this time he will come back with a new story in the third part of the film.
Speaking to the media during the IIFA Awards, Aanand L Rai said, “I do not want to repeat the previous story in the third part of this film, so I want to give people a new story on which I am working. The third part of 'Tanu Weds Manu' will be completely different from the first two parts."
During the conversation, the director was also seen praising Kangana Ranaut. Aanand L Rai said, “Kangana is a great actress. This is why she was able to give such successful films like Tanu Weds Manu. Kangana is a very sensitive and kind person. I am thinking of working with him in my next project. Just once my story is ready. As an MP I think he is very intelligent. She can manage both the roles of actor and politician very well.”
On the release of the film, Aanand L Rai said that fans will have to wait for a while for it. Nothing can be said about when this film will be released, because work on its story is still going on.
