Healthy Diet

  • Calorie deficit – Consume fewer calories than you burn. Focus on whole foods like Fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  • Hydration- Drink plenty of water to reduce bloating and improve skin elasticity.
  • Limit salt and sugar – Reduce processed foods, which can cause water retention.

Regular exercise

  • Cardio workout – Engage in aerobic exercise ( running, cycling, body weight cardio) for at least 20 – 25 mins 4 days in a week to help burn overall body fat.
  • Strength training – Incorporate resistance training to build muscle, which can boost metabolism.

Facial exercises

  • Cheek Raises- Smile while keeping your lips closed and hold for a few seconds.
  • Jaw Release – Simulate chewing with your mouth closed, then open wide.
  • Fish face – Suck in your cheeks and hold for a few seconds.

Good sleep Hygiene

  • Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night to help regulate hormones that affect weight.

Consistency and patience

  • Make gradual changes and stick with them. Results may take time, so be patient.
