People who work are given many types of facilities by the company, one of which is Provident Fund i.e. PF. The Employees Provident Fund Organization i.e. EPFO, a unit of the Government of India, looks after the PF accounts and keeps an eye on every thing related to it. Every month a fixed amount is deducted from the salary of the employees and deposited in their PF account.

The government also gives interest on this deposited money, but if you have any problem related to PF or your company is not depositing money in your PF account etc. then you can complain about it. You have to make this complaint in EPFO ​​from where you are given proper help. So let's know how an employee can make his complaint to EPFO. First Step
If you are also facing any problem related to PF, then you can complain

You can make this complaint online on the official portal of EPFO

In such a situation, first of all you have to go to the official website of EPFO ​​https://epfigms.gov.in/

Second Step
After this, you will see some sections here

Out of these, you have to click on the section named 'Register Grievance'

After clicking here, some options will come in front of you
If you are an employee, then you have to tick on 'PF Member'

Third Step
Then you have to enter your UAN number here

After this, you also have to fill the captcha code given on the screen

Now you have to click on the button with 'Get Detail'

After which your registered email ID and mobile number etc. are visible

Then you have to click on 'Get OTP'

Fourth Step
Now a message will be sent on your registered mobile number OTP will come
Fill the received OTP and click on submit
After this you have to fill your gender, address, pin code, state etc. here
Then you have to click on your PF number given below and a form will open in front of you where you have to make your complaint and click on submit.
