She began her journey as a director in the booming IT sector, later establishing an international call center catering to UK and US clients. Her focus on skill development led to the introduction of ERP: SAP training programs, empowering professionals with industry-relevant expertise.
In 2010, Kiran founded a film academy in collaboration with Whistling Woods International, nurturing future filmmakers. In 2022, she combined her passion for art and entrepreneurship by launching Thread N Face, a brand dedicated to embroidery and painting.
