Material (Kuttu ke aate ke pakode recipe)
- Kuttu flour – 1 cup
- Rock salt – 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Green chili – 1 to 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger paste – 1/2 tablespoon
- Water – as required
- Oil – to fry

Method (Kuttu ke aate ke pakode recipe)
- First of all, add kuttu flour, rock salt, black pepper, cumin, green chilli and ginger paste and mix well.
- Now add a little water to it and prepare a thick solution. Keep in mind that the mixture should not be very wet, but should be soft and paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Keep oil temperature medium, so that pakoras become crispy.
- Make small balls from the prepared mixture, give a slight shape and fry it in hot oil.
- Fry the dumplings until light golden brown, then take out and keep the excess oil on the kitchen paper to absorb.
- Serve the prepared dumplings with green chutney or curd.
