If you already have back pain, do not do this exercise. In this, the person has to lie on the back and raise one of his legs upwards. Seet-ups

Cit-up makes your stomach muscles strong, but if you do it with back pain, it can be a mistake. This exercise puts pressure on the back. When you rise up during a sit-up, your spine is under pressure, which can increase back pain and also at risk of injury.

High jump

High jump is a high intensity exercise. If you have back pain, do not do this exercise. If your muscles or bones are already weak, then doing this exercise can cause you a long time.

Roman chair

If you have back pain problem, it can be dangerous to exercise. In this exercise, the body is folded at a certain angle, which puts additional pressure on the back. It can be even more severe if there is an injury to the spinal or back muscles.
