Renowned Pakistani film writer Nasir Adeeb has contributed numerous hit films to the Lollywood industry, leaving an unforgettable mark.
His notable works include jungle ka qanoon, jarnail singh, sher khan, thakur, dushman, silasila, Qalandar, Maula Jatt, and the Legend of Maula Jatt.
Particularly, Maula Jatt, featuring Sultan Rahi and Mustafa Qureshi, cemented his status as a legendary figure in the film industry.
Recently, he has been making headlines due to his popular podcast on Suno TV, where he shares intriguing insights about Pakistani cinema and its actors.
In a recent appearance on Ambreen Fatima’s YouTube show, Nasir Adeeb spoke openly about his daughter’s acting abilities and her journey in the entertainment industry.
He remarked, “If she hasn’t reached a certain level, it means she might not have been able to deliver exceptional work. I have never recommended my daughter to anyone and told her from the beginning, ‘Don’t expect any support from me because I won’t ask for work for you.’ So, if she hasn’t made a mark, perhaps she hasn’t done something outstanding. However, I have never heard anyone say she is a bad actress. I wouldn’t write a film script for her because I don’t believe she is suited for films, but she fits well in television dramas. Recently, I watched her work in Noor Jahan, and I think she is good. I was never against her joining the industry, but her brother wasn’t happy with her decision.”
