Ever wondered what one of the most powerful men in the world eats in a day? Elon Musk , the billionaire entrepreneur and influential figure, has a diverse palate when it comes to food.
Over the years, he has shared insights into his eating habits on social media, giving us a glimpse into his favorite meals.
Let’s explore the culinary choices of the Tesla CEO.
He loves donut, especially in the morning
While the debate around sugar intensifies, Elon Musk's confession about his morning eating habit has raised questions.
Author Peter H. Diamandis once posted on X about sugar and Elon Musk's reply to it went viral on social media.
"Sugar is poison," the author posted on X, to which Musk replied, "I eat a donut every morning. Still alive."
"Bruh you should start taking health seriously. We're on the edge of longevity escape velocity," one user had replied to X.
He loves meat
Elon Musk has always been very open about his eating habits. To a user's post on the best foods available in Germany, Elon Musk had replied "doner kebabs". He didn't stop there and posted another reply, "Had the most amazing kebab ever just outside of Tacheles. Too bad that place got torn down. It was awesome."
According to Chef Akira Back, who is known for his Asian fusion dishes, Elon Musk has an advanced taste. "Elon Musk really likes our Ssamjang dry-aged beef. Ssamjang is a fermented Korean miso and a little bit of gochujang, but we dry-age it. So, he likes that one a lot. I would say that's an original that nobody has in any other restaurant yet. It's like Tesla, super advanced," he told PEOPLE.
He loves coffee
"A latte is really just an excuse for adults to order warm milk without sounding like a baby," Musk once posted on X expressing his love for the stimulant.
However, it is not his go to beverage. In another post, he had revealed that though he loves coffee, he does not “notice the stimulant effect much, unless I have several cups”. “I’ve gone several days without coffee… Not an obvious cognitive win,” he wrote on X.
Red wine
"I don’t like the taste or effects of most alcohol, but there is something quite beautiful about red wine in a fine glass," he had posted on X once in this Ask Me Anything," session.
This was Musk's response to Nicole Behnam post on, “Once you realise alcohol is a scam, everything changes. Alcohol ads use themes like happiness, prestige, sophistication, success, maturity, athletic ability, creativity, sexual satisfaction to target consumers. But the misuse of alcohol actually diminishes and ultimately destroys these qualities if you drink enough.”
Diet coke
Did you know that Musk has vowed he will "never quit" diet coke. His love for diet coke was revealed when he mentioned on X that he will never quit DC or diet coke sharing a post claiming the health effect of the drink. He also shared that the diet coke inventor was a genius and revealed that he also loves Coke Zero, which has similar ingredients as Diet Coke.
He loves pineapple on pizza
You might hate this if you are someone who doesn't like having fruit toppings on pizza, because Musk loves having pineapples on pizza, as per reports.
In his appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience, when the host shared his preferences for pineapple and anchovies, Musk agreed to try it. He orders a pizza in the middle of the interview and enjoys it. He later said that he was a pineapple pizza hater but now enjoys the odd combination.
