"Easy ordering procedure once you get your head around the voucher system, and the extra step in the process is worth it for the amount of money saved,” said one five-star reviewer, adding. “The garden relaxer chairs are fantastic value for money, they look robust and comfortable. The delivery was very quick — took less time than advised!"

"I am helping my elderly parents brighten up their garden and patio that was looking a little sad,” said another five-star appraisal. “They don't have much money but Wowcher has solved that problem! I've bought plants, planters and a trellis for a quarter of the usual retail price and now their garden is gradually becoming a lovely place for them to sit out. Next month I'll be looking again for a few more winter plants so they have something nice to look out on even when the weather is too cold for them to sit out. So grateful for this site."

Another added: “The experience with Wowcher is always fab. The app is so easy to use, the deals are fab, the discounts are truly amazing, and I’ve never had a problem from ordering through to delivery.”

Most of the less-positive reviews concern delivery charges, with those being charged separately for each item. The reason for this is that Wowcher is a marketplace, and orders are fulfilled by individual vendors. “The other thing is, when you buy a few items, you have to pay postage for each individual item which then ends up costing a fortune,” said one affected customer.

Despite it being a near-universal practice across online retail, others have complained that postage isn’t included in the products’ price: “Price initially quoted does not include postage. After having paid for the item, we then have to pay separately for the postage.”
