Citing Next Apple, Znews reported that Wang visited the residence of Taiwanese TV host Blackie Chen and his wife, singer Christine Fan, where he was observed playing with the couple’s twin children. A video from the visit, captured by the media, shows him looking active and healthy. He was later picked up by his nanny in a black Range Rover around 9:30 p.m.
Earlier in the week, local media reported that Wang Hsi Lin and his 11-year-old sister Wang Hsi Yueh were only taken to the hospital by their father after he visited them, despite living with Hsu’s mother Huang Chun Mei. This led to backlash against Huang and Hsu’s younger sister, Taiwanese host Dee Hsu, with critics accusing them of ignoring the children’s deteriorating health.
India Times then revealed that a nurse’s leaked message indicated the children received 18 hours of intravenous treatment to manage their fevers and severe coughs. Surveillance footage from the hospital also showed Wang at his children’s bedside for over 18 hours, where he meticulously noted their symptoms and even brought a humidifier into the room at 3 a.m. to help ease their suffering.
Hsu, known for her roles in hit dramas like “Meteor Garden,” “Mars,” and “Summer’s Desire,” died at 49 in Japan from pneumonia- complications, her family announced on Feb. 3.
She and Wang married in 2011 and divorced in 2021, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Following her divorce, Hsu and her former boyfriend, 55-year-old South Korean musician DJ Koo, reconnected and they remarried in Feb. 2022.
Wang also moved on to marry 26-year-old businesswoman and online influencer Mandy Ma in May 2024.
