Holi 2025 : Holi is not just a festival of colors but also a celebration of happiness, reconciliation and delicious dishes. When the smell of spicy dishes dissolves in the air with a sip of soaked faces soaked in colors, the fun of the festival is doubled. That is why special types of dishes are made in homes on this day.

The real fun of Holi is incomplete until the food and drink is frozen. On this day, various traditional and spicy dishes are made in every household. Gujiya's sweetness, spicy taste of papdi chaat, kachori-potato vegetables and cooling of curd bulls … together make Holi a festival of taste. So why not fill your Holi with some more taste colors with these dishes.

Masala Aloo Chaat

Material:
Boiled small potatoes-8-10
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Green coriander – finely chopped
Sweet tamarind chutney – 2 tablespoons
Green chutney – 2 tablespoons

Method:
Fry the boiled potatoes lightly and fry until it becomes crisp in the oil.
Add all the spices, lemon juice and chutney to the hot potato and mix.
Serve by adding green coriander over above.

Paneer Masala Samosa

Material:
Samosa Strip-8-10
Paneer – 200 grams (Mashed)
Boiled Potato – 2 (grated)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Hot spice – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Oil – to fry
Flour + water paste – to close samosa

Method:

Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chili and fry it.
Now add boiled potatoes, mashed cheese and all the spices and mix well.
Take the samosa bandage, fill the prepared mixture in it and stick the edges with a paste of maida-water paste.
Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
Serve hot samosas with green chutney and sweet chutney.

Crunchy Mix Veg Cutlet

Material:
Boiled Potatoes – 2
Boiled Mix Vegetables (Carrot, Peas, Beans) – ½ cup
Bread Serbes – ½ cup
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
Hot spice – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander leaf – finely chopped
Oil – to fry

Method:
Make a tikki by mixing all the ingredients.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
Serve with green and sweet chutney.

Bread curd vada

Material:
Bread Slice – 6
Curd – 1 cup (swept)
Salt – as per taste
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin – ½ tsp
Sweet tamarind chutney – 2 tablespoons
Green chutney – 2 tablespoons

Method:
Wet the bread slices lightly and roll it in round shape.
Keep it in a plate and add curd on top.
Add salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin and choti as per taste.
Serve and enjoy immediately.

Masala Corn Bhel (instant and light recipe)

Material:
Sweet Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped, seed extracted)
Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Green chutney – 2 tablespoons
Sweet chutney – 2 tablespoons
Finely Save – 4 cups
Green coriander – for garnish

Method:

Take boiled corn in a large bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Add chaat masala, roasted cumin, red chili powder and lemon juice on top.
Add green chutney and sweet chutney and mix well.
Remove in a serving plate and add saved and green coriander over it.
Enjoy quickly prepared masala corn bhel.
