Actress Anushka Sharma on Monday shared a cryptic post on Instagram about how different people see different versions of you. This came right after her husband cricketer Virat Kohli expressed disappointment over BCCIs new travel policy limiting players’ family time on international tours. As per BCCI’s new rule players who are away from India for over 45 days can have their partners and children (under 18) visit them just once per series for up to two weeks. Speaking at the Royal Challengers Bengalurus Innovation Lab Indian Sports Summit Virat shared his frustration saying “People don’t realise how grounding it is to come back to family after intense moments. I feel disappointed that those who have no control over the situation are brought into the discussion and it’s assumed they should be kept away.” Shortly after Anushka posted a thought-provoking note on Instagram saying “A different version of you exists in the minds of everyone who knows you. The person you think you are only exists for you and even you don’t fully know who that is. Every relationship - whether with family friends or strangers shapes a unique version of you in their minds.” While some believed her post was unrelated to Virat’s interview others felt it was her way of supporting his views. One internet user commented “I don’t think this was about Virat” while others insisted it was a subtle way of supporting him.
