Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Friday that if he were to relinquish office for Ram Mandir, there would be no issues since three of his ancestors were devoted to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi campaign.

“I had no problem (in visiting Ayodhya) even though three of my generations were committed to the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi movement,” CM Yogi remarked during his speech at the Timeless Ayodhya: Literature and Arts Festival. However, bureaucracy is rife in the government system, and a sizable portion of it once said that going to Ayodhya as a chief minister would cause problems.

I stated that if a dispute is necessary, then let it happen.  However, we must consider Ayodhya.  Another portion then said that there will be discussions about Ram Mandir if I went there.  “Have I come here for power?” I questioned.  Even if I had to turn off the electricity for Ram Mandir, it wouldn’t be an issue.

The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh went on to mention Deepotsav, stating that it is now a celebration in Ayodhya.

“I instructed Awanish Awasthi to visit in silence and see how Deepotsav may be set up there. After conducting a survey here in Ayodhya, he said that Deepotsav should be planned. Deepotsav has evolved into a celebration in the run-up to Diwali. Ayodhya’s Deepotsav has evolved into a festival and a community celebration. “Many people come here to participate in Deepotsav,” he said.

He also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the devout may now visit the Shri Ram Mandir thanks to the PM’s vision of Virasat and Vikaas.

Many thousands of devotees have arrived in Ayodhya today; before, many had hoped to visit, but they did not come because of a lack of leadership.  The UP chief minister expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for combining Virasat and Vikaas.
Ayodhya is one of the foundations of India’s Sanatan land, according to the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh.

It has long served as the model for Sanatana Dharma.  Ayodhya is the original cultural center.  Lord Ram, the manifestation of Lord Vishnu, was born in this same Ayodhya.  “This event on Lord Ram’s land is fantastic,” the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh said.

The “Timeless Ayodhya: Literature and Arts Festival” was held in Ayodhya, and CM Adityanath took part in it.
