Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar said Thursday that the BJP’s “Janakrosha yatra” must be against the BJP administration in the center and not against the Congress government in the state, criticizing the Union government for the increasing costs of various goods, such as fertilizers, gold, cement, and iron.

“BJP leaders are taking out a Janakrosha yatra against the Congress government in the state,” he said at the Congress party’s rally in Freedom Park to protest the price hike by the Centre. However, they must demonstrate against their central government, which is in charge of inflation. This demonstration is being staged by the BJP and JDS to hide their internal divisions and lack of leadership.

Since the cost of cow feed has grown dramatically, we raised the price of milk by Rs 4 to help the hard-working farmers. He said, “The BJP and the JDS have shown that they are anti-farmer by protesting against the milk price increase.”

Karnataka has the lowest milk costs. “Karnataka continues to have the lowest milk costs in the nation despite the price increase. In Kerala, Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra, Telangana, Assam, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh, it is Rs 52, Rs 53, Rs 55, Rs 58, Rs 60, Rs 56, and Rs 50, he said.

“The cost of everything has increased. Since gold prices have risen from Rs 40,000 to Rs 96,000, women are unable to purchase even mangalasutras. Mobile phones used to cost around Rs 10,000, but now they cost about Rs 30,000. The cost of cement has increased from Rs 268 to Rs 410. Who is in charge of all of this? Therefore, the protests against the price increase must be directed at the center.

“Despite a worldwide decline in crude prices, the center has raised the price of fuel and diesel. Why doesn’t the BJP oppose this with protests? “The Congress party workers must demonstrate against these price increases at the district level,” he said.

If the roads weren’t excellent, JH Patel had previously advised people to ride horses. He stated, “Look at things through conscience, not jaundiced eyes.” I’m not going to say that. For the last two years, our administration has been providing excellent governance. A few days ago, we officially opened a number of development projects in the Kalyana, Karnataka, area.

“Development projects are costing a lot of money. For Bengaluru’s infrastructure projects, such as the metro extension, tunnel road, elevated corridor, energy, waste management, etc., our government has set aside Rs 1 lakh. He clarified, “The opposition must see our activity with conscience rather than with a blind eye.

“With the presentation of a budget of Rs 4 lakh crore, our government set a new milestone. They are launching a thousand new buses. Women are taking free trips around the state. Families get a 10 kg ration and up to 200 units of free electricity, youngsters receive an unemployment bonus, and female heads of household receive an allowance of Rs 2,000 per month. The purpose of all these assurance programs is to shield the public from the BJP’s price increases. Therefore, the state’s BJP officials must demonstrate against the federal BJP administration.

I haven’t disclosed Kumaraswamy’s brothers’ assets yet”. Kumaraswamy says he has a pile of paperwork against me. Why doesn’t he send them to the governor if he does? I’m not the kind of person who finds these scare tactics frightening. The government is free to evaluate the riches I have built through my own sweat and hard labor. He snapped, “I haven’t yet unlocked the mystery of how Kumaraswamy’s brothers amassed such enormous wealth.”

“The governor has received a complaint against me from a blustery BJP politician. In Vidhana Soudha, he has been accused of sexual assault. I will not discuss it at this time. He predicted that the Congress party will defeat the dishonest BJP and JDS and take control of the state in 2028.
