Director Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoscar shared his work experience with actor Emraan Hashmi and explained why he took him in 'Ground Zero'.

The film, set in Kashmir in the early 2000s, is based on a courageous mission led by BSF officer Narendra Nath Dubey, who played an important role in ending the terrorist mastermind “Ghazi Baba”.

In the film, Emraan Hashmi will play the role of BSF Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey. Sai Tamhankar will play the role of the officer's wife. On Friday, a special screening of Emraan Hashmi's film 'Ground Zero' was held for BSF jawans in Srinagar. Sharing his shooting experience in Srinagar, he said, “It was fantastic because it was like a cycle being completed. We shot the film there.”

We started the story. It is based in Srinagar, so in the end it was right to go back and show it to the people of Srinagar. So the first public screening of this film took place in Srinagar, so I am very happy about it. There are challenges with the ratio of shooting, but otherwise the administration was with us and we were very comfortable shooting the film in Srinagar, so it was not a problem. ” He also talked about the challenges of dealing with the subject, “When it comes to the real story, of course, we should understand the fact that there is a person.

Which has some image, and we cannot go beyond some limits. So even if you are taking freedom for creative purposes, there are some types of restrictions in it, and of course, I want to respect it too. So, yes, there is a set of challenges, but it is also thrilling because we know that there are real stories and real events that have happened. Therefore, it was exciting. “

The film director attended the film's special screening in the capital. Apart from Emraan Hashmi and the film's team, the screening attended BSF personnel and prestigious politicians.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, who watched the film at the screening, shared his experience, saying, “This is a very good film and presents the work done by BSF people very well to end terrorism in Kashmir. My greetings to all filmmakers.”
