The long-cherished desire of DSC (District Selection Committee) candidates has now come true, according to A Ravi Naidu, chairman of the Sports Authority of AP (SAAP). He gave Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Education Minister Nara Lokesh credit for fulfilling their pledge to release the DSC announcement as soon as the administration was formed.
“The alliance government’s decision to release the DSC notification is a strong testament to its commitment to good governance,” Ravi Naidu said during a thank-you gathering held in front of the Tirupati RDO office. At the event, DSC candidates and Telugu Nadu Students Federation (TNSF) officials conducted “Ksheerabhishekam”, or the milk ritual, in front of Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh’s images.
Speaking at the ceremony, TNSF Kotte Hemanth Royal, President of the Tirupati Parliament, observed the general happiness among candidates across the state. He emphasised that applicants who have been waiting for the last six years would find great relief in the announcement, which covers 16,347 positions. Venkatesh Yadav, the city president of TNSF, along with state members RK Naidu, Vishnu, Ganesh, and a number of others, attended the event.
