New Delhi: April 25 is going to be a big day for many as Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) will announce its financial results for the January–March quarter of FY 2024–25 that date. Also RIL’s board is expected to consider a final dividend and approve fundraising plans according to an official statement filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) is India’s most valuable company by market capitalisation. Under Mukesh Ambani’s chairmanship the company said it will also disclose full-year financials for FY25 and present its performance to analysts following the board meeting. Now Reliance Industries is preparing to reward its shareholders with a dividend. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that a board meeting will be held on April 25. During this meeting the financial results for the January–March quarter of FY 2024-25 (Q4) will be announced and the board will also discuss and likely recommend a dividend on equity shares. The company has confirmed that it will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter on April 25 2025. On the same day the board will also consider and possibly recommend a final dividend for the financial year 2024–25. In an official statement the company added that the financial performance for both the March quarter and the full year ending March 31 2025 will be shared with analysts following the board meeting. On the last trading day April 17 Reliance shares saw a nearly 3 per cent jump. The stock closed at Rs 1274.55 up 2.90 per cent from the previous day. Due to Good Friday the markets remained closed on Friday April 18 and trading resumed on Monday April 21. Earlier on April 7 2025 the stock had touched a low of Rs. 1115.55 marking its 52-week low. On the other hand its 52-week high stands at Rs. 1608.95. Reliance’s retail segment also showed solid performance generating Rs 90333 crore in revenue during the quarter an 8.8 per cent growth compared to the same period last year.
