Bihar Public Service Commission Exam-2025 will not be canceled. The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition in the alleged paper leak case in the BPSC exam and also made an important remark. The Supreme Court said regarding the paper leak in the BPSC prelims exam that every exam is being challenged, no recruitment is taking place. Let us tell you that the preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) was challenged in the alleged paper leak case.

What did the bench say while dismissing the petition?

The case was heard by a bench of Justices Dipankar Dutta and Manmohan. During the hearing, he dismissed the petition and said that the examinations in the country are not ending today because they are being challenged every time. The bench further said, "You sit in this court and realize that the examinations are not ending. Every exam is being challenged. No recruitment is taking place. Everyone is taking advantage of each other's insecurities." According to the Law Trend website, senior advocates Anjana Prakash and Colin Gonsalves, appearing for the petitioners, claimed that the paper was leaked before the examination, and videos of answers being told on loudspeakers at some centers also surfaced. However, the bench questioned the authenticity of the digital evidence and said that this allegation relates to the same center Bapu Examination Complex, where the re-examination has already been conducted. What was the matter? After this order, it is now decided that the main examination of BPSC 70th CCE will be held on its scheduled time. The BPSC prelims exam was conducted on 13 December 2024. After this, irregularities were alleged in the examination. After this the students created a lot of ruckus. Many petitions were filed in the Supreme Court regarding this matter. In the petition, a demand was made for investigation of the irregularities and formation of a special board.
