The Social Welfare Department is now committed to making sure that candidates for the UPPSC Mains test succeed, inspired by the outcomes of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Service Examination 2024.
With the help of a reputable coaching institution, 280 aspirants preparing at Mukhyamantri Abhyuday Coaching and other coaching centres are going through intense training for interviews and writing abilities. To assess their writing abilities, top officials oversee the administration of regular assessments.
In the UPSC Civil Service Examination this year, 13 applicants who trained at Mukhyamantri Abhyuday Coaching were chosen. Departmental staff and Social Welfare Minister Asim Arun are excited by this outcome and are hopeful that the applicants training at these facilities would do well on the PCS Mains.
Minister Arun is personally examining the 280 candidates’ preparedness. The applicants are being guided by senior IAS, IPS, and PCS officials and subject matter experts, according to Social Welfare Director Kumar Prashant. Candidates who passed the preliminary test are being prepared for the main exam by practising their writing and participating in practice interviews.
Experts have assisted in the production of specialised exam papers, and their preparedness is assessed by biweekly test series. Subject matter specialists provide advice to each applicant according to their requirements.
Pre-selected applicants from the coaching centres are paying particular attention to group study, 24-hour library access, and individual counselling. It is hoped that the PCS test would provide results comparable to those of the UPSC exam.
